Sales Manager UK

Full-time role (40 hours weekly) based in a home office setting.

Your primary responsibilities:

• Accountable for the UK sales sector/region encompassing planning, overseeing, and execution of sales targets, revenue goals, and profit margin objectives.

• Oversee relationships with UK agents/distributors & manage select key client Own Label operations.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all commercial negotiations & pertinent market/business issues.

• Conduct market & category analysis to identify growth opportunities & new product development prospects.

• Actively coordinate with internal teams & external partners to ensure wine projects/products are delivered efficiently & timely.

• Travel within the designated territory as needed.

Your qualifications / competencies:

• A degree or equivalent educational background, preferably in business administration.

• A genuine enthusiasm for wine; ideally possessing a WSET Level 3 qualification (or higher).

• Essential experience within the UK wine industry is required.

• Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong communication abilities; adept in organization and commercial acumen.

• Proficiency in German would be advantageous but not mandatory.

• Capable of working autonomously from a home office while receiving direct support from our headquarters in Germany.

• Technologically savvy – Comfortable using ‘MS Office’ suite & Key Retailer Platforms

• Willingness to travel as necessary across the UK and occasionally visit our head office located in Bingen, Germany.
