Sales Manager UK

Full-time position (40 hours weekly) based remotely

Your main responsibilities:

• Accountable for managing the UK sales region including strategizing, overseeing, and executing sales goals, revenue targets, and profit margins

• Oversight of UK Agent/Distributor & select key client Own Label operations

• Primary liaison for all business negotiations & other pertinent market/commercial issues

• Conducting market & category evaluations to identify growth opportunities & new product development prospects

• Active collaboration with internal teams & external partners to ensure timely and profitable delivery of all wine initiatives/products

• Travel engagements within the assigned area

Your qualifications / expertise:

• A degree or equivalent education level in business management or similar field preferred

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for wine with preferably a WSET Level 3 certification (or higher)

• Essential experience within the UK wine industry

• Excellent skills in presentation, communication, organization, and commercial acumen

• Proficiency in German would be highly advantageous

• Capable of working autonomously from a home-office setup with direct backing from headquarters in Germany

• Technologically adept – Skilled in utilizing ‘MS Office’ suite & Key Retailer Portals

• Willingness to travel as needed across the UK as well as visits to our headquarters in Bingen, Germany.
