Reh Kendermann GmbH Weinkellerei, renowned for the iconic Black Tower brand, stands as one of Germany's most prominent and modern winemakers. Our expertise lies in producing top-quality branded wines and exclusive labels for retailers, with offerings that range from non-alcoholic selections to premium German varietals. To support our growth ambitions, we are looking to hire a:

Sales Manager UK

This is a remote full-time role (40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the UK market by developing strategies and implementing sales objectives to meet revenue goals and profit expectations

• Manage relationships with UK agents/distributors and key clients involved in private label projects

• Act as the principal point of contact for business discussions and market-related matters

• Analyze market trends and categories to spot expansion opportunities & potential new product developments

• Work closely with internal teams & external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of wine initiatives/products

• Travel within the designated territory

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in business management or related discipline preferred

• Passionate about wine; ideally holding WSET Level 3 certification or higher

• Proven experience within the UK wine sector

• Strong presentation, communication, organizational abilities, alongside commercial insight

• Fluency in German would be an asset

• Ability to operate independently from a home office setup while receiving direct support from our headquarters in Germany

• Technologically savvy – Proficient in using 'MS Office' suite & Key Retailer Portals

  • Open to travel across the UK as well as occasional visits to our main office in Bingen, Germany.
